The usual problems, and where to write when none of this helps.
At the event, the info point is the fastest fix. Otherwise write to
jsme@neuzitecni.cz.
The ticket code will not log me in
The code is eight characters, printed on your ticket as
ABCD-EFGH. The dash is optional and case does not matter.
Zero and the letter O are treated as the same character, as are 1 / I / L. You do not have
to think about it.
After several failed attempts a code locks for a few minutes. Wait, or go to the info point.
Lost your ticket? The info point can read the code back to you.
The wristband will not scan
On iPhone the scan starts from a button in the app and iOS shows its own
"Ready to Scan" sheet. That is not a bug — iOS has no other way. Hold the wristband against
the top of the phone, near the camera.
On Android hold it against the middle of the back of the phone. NFC has
to be enabled in settings.
No NFC hardware (older phones, iPhones before the 7): use the code. It
works exactly the same.
"This wristband is not paired with anybody yet." Log in with your code and
it pairs itself. Or the info point does it for you.
"The wristband belongs to somebody else." Go to the info point and they
will move it to you.
I lost my wristband
Tell the info point. We block the old one so nobody can log in as you, and give you a new one.
Your points stay — they belong to the account, not to the band.
My score looks wrong
Your score history is in the app on your profile — you can see what was counted and when. A
badge counts once; scanning it again says so and adds nothing. If something is missing, show
it at the info point.
The app will not load
Venue wifi gets congested. Try mobile data.
The app remembers the last data it downloaded and shows it offline, with a note that it is
not fresh. Scanning does need a connection.
If it says the app is out of date, install the new version from the store.
I want out
You can sign out at any time from the top of the app. Deleting your data has its
own page.
