Short rules for the app. The rules of the event itself are separate and are handed to you on site.
These are the rules of the app. The rules of the event, of the arena and
the safety instructions are separate documents, signed at registration.
Who the app is for
People attending Neužiteční 2026. Access depends on a ticket or a wristband. The event is 18+.
Your account
Your ticket code and wristband are yours. Lending them means somebody else collects points
under your name, at your own risk.
If you lose the wristband, tell the info point. We block it and give you another.
There is no sign-up. An account exists because you bought a ticket.
Fair play
The point is to enjoy the evening, not to win at any cost. Please do not:
copy or forward badge codes to people who were not there — a badge is collected by walking
up to it;
try to get into somebody else's account or guess other people's codes; repeated attempts
are blocked automatically;
interact with the app other than through the controls on screen.
The organiser may adjust or remove points, block a wristband and, in the worst case, disable
an account. The Gamemaker decides and the decision is final — this is a game, not a court.
Photo contest
Upload only photos you took yourself.
People in the photo should know about it and agree to it. That applies to photos from the
event too.
No nudity, violence, insults, or anything that would be a problem projected in front of
two hundred people. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for people
who harass others.
A photo appears in the gallery as soon as it is uploaded. Anyone can report
it — that hides it from them and puts it in front of an organiser, who may remove it for
everyone without explanation. Reports are handled within 24 hours, and within minutes during
the event.
You can block anyone — you then stop seeing their photos. They are not
told, and you can undo it in your profile at any time.
Repeated breaches cost you the ability to upload, and ultimately the account.
By uploading you allow the organiser to show the photo in the app, on screens at the venue
and in the event's live stream. Nothing beyond that — any other use, we ask you separately.
What the app does not promise
It is an app for a single evening, built by a small team, provided as is. The wifi can drop,
the server can fall over, a scoring bug can happen. When it does we fix it on the spot as well
as we can — but it does not become a claim for a refund. Your ticket and the event itself are
governed by the ticket terms of sale, not by this document.
Afterwards
After the event the app stops being useful and personal data is deleted from it — see the
Privacy Policy.
